I have 2 examples of why this is not true.
First example is Zach Parise. He is on Pittsburgh's roster at 9M until 2015-2016. that equals 45 M bid.

Agreed.  There should be no cap for FA.  Crazy contracts in FA are the nature of the beast in fantasy sports.  Putting a cap on it means if you were the first to bid and you have cap space you can just buy the player.  There is no way a cap on FA bidding should be in place.  As much as I hate when the price gets driven up it is just the way it is.
