  Great Deal for Colorado, and if Okposo and Stastny can perform this deal will work for Nashville with Okposo being a steal at 1.7

Colorado confirms. I think the trade will help both teams but I am happy with what I got. The avalanche were not built to contend this year and this is a move for the future.

I get a much needed C + RW. Stastny can score and Okposo will be healthy and be a solid winger for my team. Av's get 2  great prospects in Blum and Pickard, Wilson will add depth at center, and is a promising young player. Picks are added for the value of Stastny/Okposo. Dumont was added to help off set the cap. Quite simple, took over a team that had basically all NAS players. Trying to field a competitive team for the season. Got a quality C and a solid RW.
