so sorry man remember im new and not sure what its truely acceptable yet

No problem, just a friendly reminder.  You can reply to your official roster and add one post for a depth chart and one for a trading block, and then modify those to keep them up to date.  You can certainly post here too, just try to keep it to once a week or so, or after a big move (but not 4 or 5 times after every move).

Can we try to reduce the number of posts and avoid spamming this thread?  If a few posters are updating really frequently, owners who are posting less frequently have their blocks buried pages back. 

Don't forget that we are also encouraged to maintain a trade block on our official rosters thread (in addition to a depth chart), where you can keep it up to the minute if you like and anyone who wants to trade with you will see it.

REALLY WOULD PREFER TO TRADE MARK ELLIS FOR A LOWER END SPEC, GARLAND FOR SPEC OR PITHCER, IANNETTA CAN BE TRADED BUT WOULDNT BE TOO CHEAP, UGGLA WOULD NEED TO BE TRADED FOR ANOTHER mi  HARDY (SEE UGGLA)
