Two players are going to end up mandatory plucked from each team.

The protection list will be your starting lineup only.

Both expansion teams will end up with 30 players pre frenzy

Also the first and last picks of every draft round in the upcoming draft.

Two picks each per round.
4 consecutive after rd 1

They will get 10 draft picks to complete the initial 40 man of the expansion teams.

Frenzy will occur first but those players are not factored into the expansion.
