This was a tough one to pull the trigger on I?m paying a lot for a guy I believe can be a very good player in the end it comes down to having a couple guys to build this roster around and I believe I have that with Gunnar Carter PCA

It pains me to move PCA, but I need arms and really like Smith Shawver as a prospect. Kwan helps replace PCA (4yrs vs 6ys) and Garcia gives me another depth arm to solidify my pen.  Washington to confirm.
